United Kingdom

Standard Delivery:

Most orders placed using standard delivery will be despatched on the day of order and reach you on the following working day.
Orders will be despatched by First Class Post, First Class Recorded Delivery or Courier Service depending on the size, weight and value of the order, our shopping basket software will advise you of the weight and cost at the checkout.

Orders sent by courier will normally reach you by 6.00pm on the following working day, although deliveries may take up to three days, and the Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class Post to over 95% of the country on the following working day.
If an order is urgent please contact us to check stocks before completing the order.

If your order is received before 5.00pm (Monday to Friday) it will normally, subject to stock availability, be despatched next day, although most orders received before 3.00pm are despatched same day.
At busier times orders may take between 24 and 48 hours to be despatched

All postage / carriage charges and any surcharges will be shown during the checkout process.

We reserve the right to upgrade from Royal Mail to a Courier Service at our discretion due to size, weight or value of an order, this upgrade will be at our expense.

Express Delivery:

Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier Service depending on the size and weight of the order, our shopping basket software will advise you of the weight and cost at the checkout.

Orders sent by courier should reach you by 6.00pm on the following working day and the Royal Mail Special Delivery should reach you by 1.00 pm on the following working day.

Your order must be received before 2.30pm (Monday to Friday) to be despatched for next 'working' day delivery.
Although we will despatch in time for you to receive your goods next working day in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive on time we will accept no liability other than that of additional costs you have paid for the delivery.

Partfinder (UK Mainland Service)

We have over 10,000 consumable products available for delivery directly to your door on a next working day basis via our Partfinder service with orders accepted until 4.30 pm. Items include inkjet cartridges, fax and laser toners, fax rolls and printer ribbons. We will source the best price amongst our wholesale suppliers, provide you with a quotation and if the price is acceptable arrange delivery direct to your door on the next working day all for just £2.95 per order delivery (free on orders over £75.00) please contact us with your requirments. (Trade and wholesale enquiries are also welcome through the Partfinder service).

Collect in Store.

We want to bring you the savings and convenience of buying online but without the need to wait for at home for deliveries, so you can now select your computer and consumable supplies online but collect at a time to suit you.
You may collect goods from us if ordered and paid online but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before collecting.
Goods ordered for collection should be collected from the store between the hours of 9.30 am and 4.30 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Please note goods collected will not be accepted for return under the Distance Selling Regulations.

If you do not wish to pay before collecting please choose the 'cheque' option on the payment page but please note:
* Orders not paid in full will only be held for 5 days after we send confirmation they are ready for collection.
* No items will be ordered for you if they are not normal stock lines without a deposit.
* Items collected must be paid in full in the store by accepted payment methods on collection.

We will deliver orders over £20 free of charge (£2.50 surcharge on orders below this amount) - please e-mail us for more information. Items not paid for in full before delivery can only be paid by cash or cheque with valid guarantee card.

Newark & Grantham areas
In order to continue to provide our high level of service to both existing and new local customers we will be delivering computer supplies and consumables to Newark and Grantham, Free of Charge, three times a week.
Simply complete your order online and choose 'Store Pickup' as your shipping option and then include your town name in the 'Comments' box and we will e-mail you to arrange a convenient time to deliver your goods.
Please note that all the above conditions for collections apply and if you are not paying at time of ordering then only cash or cheques supported by a guarantee card will be accepted.
This service is available within a seven mile radius of the town centres of Melton, Newark and Grantham.
(£20 minimum order applies (£2.50 surchage on orders below this amount) and deliveries to outlaying areas may be less frequent).

Europe

We supply most countries in the European Union and some other countries in Europe (if your country is not available when creating an account let us know and we will look into adding it).

Orders below £1.00 net will be subject to a £1.00 surcharge

Orders will normally arrive inside 10 working days but can sometimes take up to four weeks if surface mail is used.

All postage / carriage charges and any surchages will be shown during the checkout process.

Badges and lighter items have a reduced delivery charge but all other items are charged by a combination of weight and value, heavier and more expensive orders may be refused.

Most orders will need to be signed for on delivery so please make sure that there is somebody available, also check all orders are complete and undamaged.

Please note orders will only be delivered to the registered address of the payment type and ALL information must be filled in with credit and debit card payments.

This website is currently set-up for sales within the United Kingdom, Europe, USA and Canada only, we are happy to supply on a worldwide basis, especially products such as Case Badges, please contact us with your location and requirements for a quotation.

All Areas

We reserve the right to cancel or reduce any order placed from any location even though payment may have been taken automatically.
No contract is entered into until we send a second (acceptance) e-mail, the automatic e-mail issued when you order is just confirmation that your order was received.

Weights

The weights shown at checkout are not necessarily an exact indication of the weight of products purchased, weights may be altered slightly to allow for item value, postal insurance and the weight and cost of protective packaging needed for a certain type of product. Many of the popular items have had their 'site' weight reduced so as to subsidise the cost of shipping and many of the Royal Mail tariffs are set below their true cost.


Return Policy

We aim to provide total customer satisfaction even if things go wrong, our return polices are detailed below along with the minimum legal requirements that all websites should offer. Please follow the instructions below when returning items.

Before you return any goods, please E-mail Returns to obtain a returns number, this will help us process your return more efficiently and speed up the time taken to issue a refund or replacement.

Please read carefully the information below before returning goods.

All returned items should be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice number and should be in original packaging if possible.

DSR Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods (UK and EU only). To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by letter, fax or e-mail giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been despatched to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Orders cancelled under the DSR must be credited to you within 30 days. Please see our conditions of use for full details.
You are allowed to open the goods to examine them, but are not allowed to use them. You are responsible for returning the goods in a saleable condition; failure to do so will result in a surcharge being applied to your refund.
We will not accept the following items for return under the DSR:-
Any software that has been opened, or where a security seal, COA, or license has been tampered with, damaged or used.
Any goods that have been personalised in nature, or any goods where design work has been done on your behalf such as logos, stationary or websites.
Any consumable products where protective foil or plastic packaging designed to maintain the shelf-life of the product has been opened.
Any item which as been used, damaged or is returned in a condition which makes it unfit to sell.
Goods paid for online but subsequently collected from us, if you intend to reject such goods you must do so at point of collection.

14 Day 'No Quibble' Refund
Our version of the DSR is exactly the same as that above other than we give you 14 days to inspect the goods and promise to issue your credit within 7 working days of receiving goods back. All other conditions of the DSR remain unchanged.

If an item was ordered for you and is not a normal stock item a handling fee of 15% will be charged.

Faulty Goods If an item is faulty then we will either replace, refund or repair the item (within a resonable time), depending on type and age of the item and nature of fault, normally we will ask that you return the item to us and we will refund your postage costs if the item is less than 60 days old. The exceptions being items where the warranty is with the manufacturer, such as printers and monitors which would normally be swapped on site, and computer systems and notebooks where the warranty specifies Return to Base.

Our Version
We will give a full refund of any item found to be faulty within the first 60 days if you prefer this to a replacement item.
We will refund the postage costs of any items which are found to be faulty and returned during their warranty period (even on items with Lifetime Warranties).
Where an item has to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection or repair we will ensure that it is returned within 21 days of receipt or a replacement will be issued at no extra cost to you.

Please enclose your name and address with all returns and write the returns number clearly on the outside of the packaging. Please ensure that all returns are securely packaged. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. We will not be held liable for returned items that are damaged or lost in the post.
